If someone omitted to do an act, which has brought about a criminal outcome. E.g. not reporting someone who they knew were about to commit a crime.

Give circumstances where “criminal defence” can be applied, which may make a person not responsible for an offence.

- Paying for sexual services of a prostitute who is being subject to force by another
