Section 1(2) Criminal Damage Act
Criminal damage that endangers the life of another person, through the damage or destruction of property (intention or recklessness as to damage, must have intention to endanger life, no injury need occur)
Section 1(3) Criminal Damage Act
Arson - destroying or damaging property by fire (smoke damage insufficient)
Section 2 Criminal Damage Act
Threats to cause damage, must have intended other to fear that threats to destroy or damage property would be carried out
Section 3 Criminal Damage Act
Possessing an article with intent to cause criminal damage, must intend to use implement without lawful excuse or permit another to use it to cause destruction or damage to property
Racially or religiously aggravated criminal damage
If damage is motivated by race or religion offence is complete - sentence is more severe.

If a community looks nice people are more likely to respect the space and look after it.
