Define these crimes:
1) causing or allowing the death of a child or vulnerable adult
2) infanticide

1) - introduced in 2004 to close a legal loophole e.g. Where a couple whose child died as a result of physical abuse could escape justice by blaming each other making it impossible to prove who was the killer. This enables both to be prosecuted.
2) - killing an infant under 12 months by its mother when her mind is disturbed as a result of the birth.
3) - theft by force of threat of fore whereas theft is the dishonest appropriation of property belonging to someone else with the intention of permanently depriving that person of it.
