Crème d’amandes recipe?
A
• 60 g butter
• 60 g caster sugar
• 50 g egg
• 60 g ground almonds
• 15 g plain flour
• ½ lemon zest

Crème d’amandes method?
A
- Cream butter until soft
- In separate bowl sieve flour & ground almonds.
- Add sugar and lemon zest to soften butter cream together using whisk until combined.
- Add the sieved flour & ground almonds & combine.
- If adding alcohol add when flour & ground almonds are added to the mixture.
- Put almond cream in piping bag ready to pipe on puff pastry.
