What are actions?
Features of dashboards that allow users to interact directly with the data in the view and access related web-based content
Some actions require what two types of sheets? What does this mean?
Source sheet, where the users interact to start the action, and target sheet, where the results of the actions are displayed

What does a Highlight Action do?
Colors targeted marks and dims others
When would you want to use a Highlight Action?
When you want to leave your targeted data in context
What does a Filter Action do?
Filter your data down to only the targeted data across multiple views
When would you want to use a Filter Action?
To drill down on specific data, to show trends within subsets of data, or to find specific data points

In the Action menu, click the arrow to the right of the name to add a field name, which will update the title. Click the arrow to the right of the URL to add a field name, which will update the link.
