Glossopharyngeal - for production of saliva, for general and taste of posterior 1/3rd tongue, raises the larynx by innervating the stylopharyngeus muscle, sensations of the oropharynx including tonsils, initiating pharyngeal swallow,
CN X Name and Functions
Vagus - longest CN - used for taste sensation to epiglottis, raising the soft palate, sensation and muscles for larynx, supplies pharynx

Accessory - neck and shoulder movement
CN XII Name and Functions
Hypoglossal - for tongue movement
