Taste to anterior 2/3 of tongue. Make muscles of facial expression. (VII) Mixed.
Facial N.
Hearing and equilibrium. ( VIII ) Sensory.
Vestibulocochlear N.
Taste to posterior 1/3 of tongue. General sensory info from throat. Swallowing. ( IX ) Mixed.
Glossopharyngeal N.
Muscles that swallow. General sensory info to stomach. ( X ) Mixed.
Vagus N.
Muscles more head/neck. ( XI ) Motor.
Accessory N.
Muscles that move tongue. ( XII ) Motor.
