LL: Inferior Aspect of Frontal Lobes (anosmia)
Fx: olfactory epithelium, Special Sensory-Smell
CN II
Optic Nerve (sensory)
O: optic chiasm
E: optic canal
P: exit optic canal w/n subarachnoid space, carries dura, arachnoid, pia and subarachnoid space to posterior eyeball

Fx: PS to sphincter pupillae+ciliary muscles, Motor to levator palpebrae superioris, sup, med, inf recti, inf oblique muscles of eye (motor, pupil constriction)
CN IV
Trochlear Nerve (motor)
O: midbrain
E: superior orbital fissure
P: long subarach course around midbrain, enters dura lat to post clinoid process to orbit
LL: Midbrain (can’t internal rotate eye or look down when adducted)
Fx: motor to superior oblique muscle
