Partial antagonist, competes with opioids (e.g. buprenorphine/naloxone mixed tablet used to treat opioid use disorder)

Sodium Valproate - Many including indirect increase in GABA synthesis
Levetiracetam - Unclear, but presynaptic Ca2+ blocking activity in part
