Cosmocol Sachet Flashcards
Why has this product been formulated as a powder as opposed to a tablet or capsule?
Easier to swallow
What is the main function of colloidal anhydrous silica in this product?
Surfactant - used for flocculating, coagulating, dispersing and stabilizing
Once reconstituted what are the directions for storage of this product?
Reconstituted CosmoCol Orange Flavour solution can be covered and stored in the fridge (2-8⁰C) and should be used within 24 hours

- Binders (colloidal anhydrous silica)
- Sweeteners (saccharin sodium)
- Flavourings (Orange Flavour)

Then, adding the same amount as the new mixture and continuing until all the powders are mixed
How would you package a powder made extemporaneously?
