A

Drop 6 mint leaves into a pint glass and pack with ice. Combine ingredients (except soda water). Shake 10 times. Fill a reserve wine glass 1/4 full with ice. Place an orange wedge in the glass lying on its side. Pour the mojito on top of the ice and orange. Top with soda water.

What’s the procedure for the Signature Red Sangria - Blackberry (Press)?

A

In a french press, squeeze and drop one lemon wedge, lime wedge and orange wedge. Pour 16 oz of the Blackberry Sangria batch into the french press over the fruit and depress plunger. At time of service, move stainless top off to the side but leave the press bottom in place and add 1 full scoop of ice. Secure stainless top and turn vent to pourable position. Place an orange wedge at the bottom of a wine glass and fill with ice. The press is done at the bar - drink is poured for the guest on the bar top or at the table.
