2.5 oz ultimate dirty infusion

1.5 oz Absolut Citron vodka

1 oz lime simple syrup

Drop 6 raspberries into a pint glass and add pure cane syrup. Muddle well. Add ice to pint glass and add remaining ingredients. Shake 20 times with a shaker tin and strain contents over a fine wire mesh strainer into a frozen martini glass with a half sugared rim.
What’s in the Lemon Drop Martini?
2 oz Absolut Citron Vodka
1 oz Sour Mix
1 Lemon Wedge
Garnish - rimmed glass and lemon peel
What’s the procedure for the Lemon Drop Martini?
Add ice to pint glass. Squeeze lemon wedge over ice and discard. Add Absolut Citron and fresh sour mix. Shake 20 times with a shaker tin and strain into a frozen martini glass rimmed with granulated sugar.

1.25 oz Malibu Rum
.50 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Drop 2 skinless pineapple wedges into a pint glass. Add .50 oz (2 pumps) of vanilla syrup. Muddle well until all the pineapple is broken up. Pack with ice and add remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously 20 times and strain into a frozen martini glass.

Muddle diced mangoes, spicy mango monin and habanero lime monin into a pint glass until mangoes are almost to a puree. Add fresh squeezed lemon juice and pineapple infused vodka. Fill pint glass with ice then shake 20 times vigorously. Strain into frozen Martini Glass.
