AE: high incidence of unpleasant taste in mouth (>10%), rare cardiac arrhythmias, coughing, dyspnea, sore throat, N/V/D if absorbed systemically
* Less effective than low-dose ICS
* Prevents increase in bronchial hyperreactivity
seen in allergy season
