Adult dosing
400-600mg subcutaneous initial dose followed by 200-300mg every other week for maintenance
600mg initial then 300mg dosing used in patients with corticosteroid-dependent asthma or atopic dermatitis

AE: Injection site reactions, antibody development, arthralgias, conjunctivitis
* Precaution: anaphylaxis
* Available in pre-filled syringe for in-office or at-
home administration
* Indicated as an add-on maintenance treatment in
patients with moderate to-severe asthma aged 12 years and older with an eosinophilic phenotype or with oral corticosteroid dependent asthma.
