Significant interactions

A

Phosphodiesterase 5, which increases the effects of PDE5 inhibitors resulting in profound hypotension

DO NOT ADMINISTER IF
- 12 hours since the last dose of avanafil (Spedra)
- 24 hours for sildenafil (viagra) or vardenafil (Cialis)
- 48 hours for tadalafil (Levitra)

Riociguat (Adempas) which are used for pulmonary arterial hypertension. it increases the effects of riociguat so DO NOT ADMINISTER IF TAKING THE DRUG.

  • Current bleeding disorder, active bleeding (excluding menses) or bleeding tendencies
  • Anticoagulants or glycoprotein IIb/IIIa inhibitors
  • Allergy to Tenecteplase or gentamicin
