Methoxyflurane Contraindication’s
- Pre existing renal disease / renal impairment
- Known personal or family history of malignant hyperthermia
Aspirin Contraindication’s

1. Hypersensitivity to aspirin / salicylates
2. Actively bleeding peptic ulcers
3. Bleeding disorders
4. Suspected dissecting aortic aneurysm
5.Chest pain associated with psychostimulant OD if SBP > 160
Glyceryl Trinitrate GTN Contraindication’s
- PDE5 Sildenafil Citrate (Viagra) or Vardenafil (Levitra) administration in the last 24 hours or Tadalafil (Cialis) administration in the last 4 days
- HR > 150
- HR < 50 (excluding autonomic dysreflexia)
- VT
- Riociguat (current use)
- BP <100
- Bleeding in pregnancy
Heparin Contraindication’s

1. Known allergy or hypersensitivity
2. Active bleeding
3. Oral anticoagulants
4. Bleeding disorders
5. history of Heparin Induced Thrombocytopaenia (HIT)
6. Severe Hepatic impairment / disease inc oesophageal varicies
7. Recent trauma or surgery (< 3 weeks)

Nil of significance in the above indications
Ipratropium Bromide Contraindication’s
Known hypersensitivity to Atropine or its derivatives
Dexamethosone Contraindication’s
Known Hypersensitivity
Na Saline Contraindication’s
Nil of significance to the above indication

Nil
Midazolam Contraindication’s
Known hypersensitivity to benzodiazepines.
Adrenaline Contraindication’s
Hypovolaemic shock without adequate fluid replacement
