(ctx) Background information - into argument; or other people’s argument (opa); or Someone else’s argument (Some people say/claim). But; Although and, However are the indicators of the turn in the argument.
But
Conjunction - indicates a turn in the argument. A switch from background/ opa to the author’s argument. Now listen up. This is what I want you to believe. We enjoyed our vacation a lot, but it was expensive.
Although
