What are Content Big and Small Buckets?

A

Content Buckets are part of your content master matrix and covers overall content areas and subtypes, for example:
Big Bucket: Inbound
Smaller Buckets: Demo request, Pricing inquiry, Referral, etc.

A

OR Master templates allows you to control templates by

  1. Having a Master template that is linked to whichever SEQ that template has been used and reflect changes whenever the Master templates is updated
  2. By having governance profiles in place, only people with the right permissions can edit templates

A

STS is the content which is linked to Collections (e.g. Segments), and these collections are made available to the relevant Teams (e.g. EMEA SDRs)

What is the difference between cloning and linking templates to SEQ?

A

Cloning master templates to SEQ: The SEQ template is detached from the master template - changes in SEQ templates NOT reflected in the master template

Linking templates master to SEQ: The SEQ is linked to the master template - changes in SEQ templates IS reflected in the master template
