A
A field that tracks call outcome - typically required as it gives high value info

A
Disposition outcomes are mapped to Answered/Unanswered categories and determine if SEQ stops or continues

1) Start with the desired business outcome and work backwards, 2) Few and clear dispositions for reps to easily select
