transfer of an allergen from a food that had one to a food that didn’t have one

hair, dirt, metal shavings, glass pieces, bones

cleaners, sanitizers, polishes, machine lubricants

the big 8 are the most common food allergens,(peanuts,tree nuts,milk,eggs,fish,shellfish,soy,wheat)
