1. -The doctor is seated to the side of the head of the table with the patient supine
2. -One hand cups the occiput
3. • Other hand: grab both greater wings of the sphenoid: one w long/ little finger & one with my thumb on the opposite greater wing
4. Rest caudal elbow on the table

2. Index fingers = behind ears, on mastoid processes
3. Middle -> pinky fingers = occiput, with middle fingers posteiror to OM suture
