what is a consumer
Consumer is someone who buys something for their own purposes cannot be a business but can sometimes be the case when someone buys something for their own purpose mainly but sometimes uses it for their business

Remedies for sale of goods
- Right to reject
Short term right to reject and must be within 30 days of the delivery of the goods
If done, you have a right to a full refund - Repair or replacement
Consumer can order for their goods to be repaired or replaced, and any cost will be covered of the consumers behalf - Price reduction
Goods may be faulty, so you get a percentage off the cost
Implied terms (supply of service)
Carried out within a reasonable time
It will be with reasonable care and skill
Employ someone with reasonable care and skill
