Businessmen go to meet consumers in bus.

1. Business Uses Society’s Resources - They go to their society and use all sauces to fuel bus.

3. Moral Justification - Moral Science teacher comes there and says this is not justified.

4. Government Intervention - She calls the government people (Modi) and he intervenes.

Functions of NGO

A

You go to marriage function and meet some NGO people. You distribute ladoos among them.

1. Educating - First you educate them about the ladoos, saying that they are very special.

2. Publishing Periodicals - You make them read a periodical that you published that talks about the process of making one ladoo of yours.

3. Comparitive Testing of Products - They think it is amazing, so they send it for testing of products to see how is it so special.

4. Protest and Take Action - Turns out you were tricked by factory workers and ladoos are very dangerous. The factory workers protest and you take action against them and against explotiative factory manager.

5. Legal Assistace - You call your lawyers to and the lawyers come and take the factory persons.

6. Filing Complaints - They file complaints against you saying that you beat them up. You file complaints against them as you got wrong ladoo.

7. Interest of General Public - The entire matter gains interst of general public, who discuss it like gossip.

A

You are Chuck Norris. Chuck Norris goes to shop to buy a laptop.

1. Right to Information - He asks about the information and specs about the various laptops.

2. Right to Choose - Then he shortlists 3, and chooses 2.

3. Right to Safety - He confirms whether the laptop will be safe. As soon as he goes home, he starts typing, the laptop breaks and explodes, as it was unsafe in front of Chuck Norris.

4. Right to be Heard - He then goes back to store, and vendor is very scared. So he closes his ears, and sings lalala, deciding not to hear.

5. Right to Reddressal - Chuck Norris gets very angry at the sigght of this, he wears a reddress and makes the vendor wear a reddress too.

6. Right to Consumer Education - They both go in their outfit to apple store to get consumer education.

Consumer Responsibility

A

You (consumer) go to buy race-wala pony with Chuck Norris.

1. Read Labels Carefully for Information - There are lots of labels with nutritional information on the horses, which shocks you.

2. Arareness About Various Goods - You ask the vendor to make you aware about why there are labels. He says the more the calories, the more various goods the pony can hold.

3. Risks Associated with Products and Services - You feed rusk to the pony, to see any risks associated with it. The product kicks you, and the vendor says that this pony needs to be services which will be free at our shop.

4. Buy Standardised Goods - You decide to buy it, but before you check whether you can stand on it and whether it has ISI marks. You also check whether it’ll fit in standard goods container.

5. Honesty in Dealings - Then when you try to put it in container, you see there is a hen’s nest already inside, you crush it and put the pony inside.

6. Cash Memo on Purchase of Goods or Services - The vendor then gives you cash memo which you staple on pony.

7. Respecting The Environment - As you staple on pony, it screams and excretes, littering the enviroment. You respect the enviroment, so you clean up the enviroment.

8. Assertion for Fair Deal - You take him home and on the road the door of the container opens and you see paint dripping out of the pony. The vendor has given you ass instead of pony, which is not a fair deal.

9. Filing Complaint - You go back to him to file a complaint, but ignores you.

10. Forming Customer Societies - You bring your society and and all customers and baba ramdev(social) come from society and beat him up.

Relief Available to Consumers

A

Your heater blows up and burns your house. Relief team is available only after 15 minutes, and they come and pick you up (consumer) and instead of taking you to hospital, they take you to the shop.

1. Remove the Defect in Goods or Deficiency in Service - At the shop they drop you and the heater. He removes the defective good (circuit board) and gives back you to the deficient good saying the heater had deficient service.

2. Replace the Defefctive Product With a New One - Right after removing the defective circuit board, the heater blows up again. So then he offeres to replace the defective product with a new one. You scream and reject thinking what if it blows up again.

3. Refund Price Paid for the Product, or Charges Paid for the Service - He then refunds you the price paid for the product, and charges paid for servicing. After recieving money, you count and say this is not enough.

4. Pay a Reasonable Amount of Compensation for Any Loss or Injury - You show him how your leg is cut, and ask him to pay a reasonable amount of compenation for any loss of your house and injury.

5. Not Offer Hazardous Goods for Sale - Then you ask him to promise to not offer goods for sale.

6. Withdraw the Hazardous Goods from Sale - He says okay, but you think he’s just kidding, so you make him withdraw the hazardous good from sale, despite him resisting.

7. Cease Manufacture of Hazardous Goods and to Desist from Offering Hazardous Services - You still don’t think this is enough, so you go to his factory and lock it killing all workers to cease manufacture of hazardous goods, desisting from offering hazardous service.

8. Pay Amount to Consumer Welfare Fund - You then sell remains of the factory and pay amount to consumer welfare fund.
