What does the consumer laws protects consumers against
It make sure the product is fit for purpose
Has to come in the colours it said i would
Has to be a satisfactory quality
full refund over 28 days if product is broken
6 months it would have to be assumed to have a fault at the begging get to get a bit of discount or get a replacement
After 6 months u have to argue for anything
If the work is not completed in the agreed time or to the standard of what you were expected you can ask for some money back
Consumer law has effected 4 areas of a business
Quality of goods must be fit for purpose and quality matches the price
Product safety the customers must be protected if there is a directed good you can not sell it so you can prevent compensation claims
