- Kussmaul’s sign - JVP raise paradoxically with inspiration

- diastolic pericardial knock
- hepatosplenomegaly
- ascites
- oedema

A
CXR - small heart +- pericardial calcification
CT/MRI - helps distinguish from restrictive cardiomyopathy
