Who were the federalists, And what did they believe in?
The federalists were the people who approved the supported the constitution. They believed that having a strong federal government would be strong enough to make all the states become one republic. They also believed the constitution would make a stronger union between the states.

Some important federalists were James Madison, John jay, and Alexander Hamilton.
What were the federalist papers?
The federalist papers were a series of essays written by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay in support of the ratification of the constitution.
Who were anti federalists?
Anti federalists were people who didn’t like the constitution.
What did anti federalists believe?
Anti federalists believed that congress would give them tons of taxes, the president could rule like a king and the judicial branch would overpower state courts.
