Young people need to be educated- providing schools and teachers is costly and expensive.

educated workers.
Disease
Disease amongst young children are high as the government cannot afford medicines for them- even preventable diseases such as measles and diarrhoea. Infant mortality rate is high
Overcrowding
Children living often in very squalid, cramped conditions- allows illness to spread quickly.
Many children will has lost their parents- forced into orphanages.
