A

Plasma aldosterone: renin ratio ↑
MRI adrenals
Adrenal vein sampling to differentiate unilateral from bilateral disease

Management of Conn’s?

A

Unilateral adenoma = surgery

Bilateral hyperplasia = spironolactone
