1) After a(n): Opinion, doubt, supposition, wish, demand, or plea.
2) After: verbs and expressions of emotion.
3) After: impersonal expressions + che.
4) NOT after: impersonal expressions that express certainty.
5) Only used when the subjects of the MAIN CLAUSE and the DEPENDENT CLAUSE differ.
I believe he is a volunteer for the Red Cross.
