Nitroglycerin 1.2 mg (3x .04 mg) SL. may repeat every 5 mins as long as symptoms persist without evidence of hypoperfusion
- Do not give if there are contraindications

look for stemi

for right sided ventricular infract consider fluids if indicated for hypotension/ hypoperfusion

Epi .1-.5 mcg/kg/min iv/io infusion as needed or indicated
