    pulmonary hypoplasia
Most often b/l renal agenesis but can be any cause of oligohydramnios

Amniotic Band Sequence (aka Amniotic Rupture Sequence)

A

Chorion/Amnion are separate in 1st trimester&raquo_space;
amnion more prone to rupture
Amnion rupture > strands of amnion
*restrict fetal movement
*encircle fetus&raquo_space; amputations, hypoplasia
*transect fetus&raquo_space; abdominal, facial clefts
Sporadic Occurence, rarely associated w/maternal trauma
