What is it?

Why do they get photophobia and decreased sharpness of vision?

A

An eye disorder characterized by a complete or partial absence of the coloured part of the eye (the iris). These iris abnormalities may cause the pupils to be abnormal or misshapen.

Iris no longer able to accommodate and pupillary reflex rendered useless.
