Two parties work together to resolve an issue

Similar to mediation where a third party recommends an outcome
What’s different to mediation and conciliation
Conciliation the third party has more of a direct role to find a solution to the dispute
What’s expert determination
All parties refer there disagreement to a third party and there deacon is binding
What are the advantages of determination
Less adverisal and keeps working relationship
Cost and time efficient
