To determine if a product is available for purchase:
There must be stock available in a location
A custom record associated with SuiteCommerce InStore (SCIS). This custom record defines the distance between store locations. Information from this custom record shows on the Nearby Stores tab on the product display page in SCIS.

ustomization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types > Location Distance
These custom records affect location data displayed on the Product Detail Page in the Nearby Stores tab and the All Locations tab.
SCIS Location and SCIS Inventory Location searches
To create a location search for the Product Detail Page:
Lists > Search > Site Management Tools > Saved Searches. Remember the ID for your modified SCIS location search.
Edit SCIS SSP > CustomConfiguration.js
Replace the default value for locationSearch with the ID for your own custom saved search.
To configure an SCIS Settings record
Customization > Lists, Records, & Fields > Record Types > SCIS Settings > List
(SCIS Subtab) Select the location, website, and subsidiary where you want SCIS settings to apply

(SCIS Subtab) You can define the discounts, shipping methods, logos, and SCIS Saved Searches available to SCIS users
