Who Can Attend Hearings
A
Youth & their parents, up to two family members of prosecuting witness (WIC 676(a)). Members of the public may attend the hearing, in court’s discretion, for 707(b) offenses.

Who Can Access Files
A
Court personnel, any prosecutor, the minor, the minor’s parents or guardians, any attorneys who are actively participating in criminal/juvenile/dependency proceedings involving the minor, the superintendent of the minor’s schools, and DCFS may inspect the file. WIC 827(a)(1)
