Separation Anxiety disorder
Developmentally inappropriate and excessive fear or anxiety concerning separation from those to whom the individual is attached ( Nightmares, physical symptoms, school refusal, worry and distress when separation is anticipated or occurring, refusal to sleep away from home).
Fear lasts 4 weeks in children, and over 6 months in adults.
Social Anxiety Disorder
Marked fear or anxiety about social situations where the individual is exposed to possible scrutiny by others.
Insane vs Sane Automatism
Insane Automatism is due to an internal factor, eg a disease of the brain (eg epilepsy) versus sane automatism, which is an external factor (eg blow to the head or injection of a drug)

Werenickes Aphasia - Cant comprehend and words are used wrong.
Fluent Aphasia (as words are created effortless even if they are wrong)

Cant comprehend spoken speech or speak.
They are unaware.
Paraphasic errors and neoligsms

Expressive aphasia / cortical motor aphasia

They know what they want to say, but they cant get it out, person is aware.
Speech perception is generally uneffected and language comprehension is normal.
Speech output however is sparse, hesitant, slow with marked disturbance of rhythm, articulation and inflection.
