  • Bloods: FBC (elevated WCC), LFTs (in case its HPS), U+Es (urea), CRP, ABG (to check for resp failure)
  • Imaging: CXR, bronchoscopy
  • Special: Bronchoalveolar lavage, sputum and pleural fluid (MC+S)

  4. Antibiotics
  5. Vaccination
