Q
Which investigations would be performed to identify if someone had constrictive pericarditis? What would be the results of these?
A
- CXR: small heart +/- calcification of pericardium
- Echo: diagnostic to differentiate from restrictive cardiomyopathy
- MRI: to assess thickness of pericardium
