What is condensation?
A
Process by which water vapour in the atmosphere is changed into a liquid or if temps below 0 then a soild

What is radiation?
A
Occurs on calm, clear evening. Ground loses heat through terrestrial radiation and the air in contact with it is then cooled by conduction

What is advection?
A
Occurs from warm moist air moving over a cooler land/sea surface

What is orographic?
A
Warm moist air forced to rise

What is convective?
A
Air warmed during day and rises in pockets as thermals. As air expands, it uses energy and so loses hear and the temp drops
