What is a data dictionary and what does it do for a database?
Documentation that says what the field types are
A data dictionary is a file or a set of files that contains a database’s metadata (data that provides information about other data). The data dictionary contains records about other objects in the database, such as data ownership, data relationships to other objects, and other data.
What is a data warehouse?
Huge amount of data that is out there about some topic people use to gain insight into the topic.
data warehousing is a technology that aggregates structured data from one or more sources so that it can be compared and analyzed for greater business intelligence.

Relational database has the columns and rows and has the ability to relate tables

What is a driver as it pertains to an operating system?
Something added to the operating system to get it to work. A driver is software and/or firmware that controls hardware. Often it connects an operating system with specific hardware devices.
