Flexibility (Health)
Your muscles and joints ability to move through their full range of motion
Muscular Endurance (Health)
The ability of a muscle or group of muscles to repeatedly exert force without getting tired. Eg. Swimming and Rowing
Strength (Health)
Your muscle’s ability to exert a large amount of force. E.g. shotput
Body Composition (Health)
Your body’s ratio of learn muscle to stored fat
Aerobic Capacity (Health)
The ability of the heart and lungs to get oxygen to the muscles
Balance (Skill)
The ability to stabilise the body in movement and when maintaining stillness
Power (Skill)
The ability to combine both speed and force in movements and actions
Coordination (Skill)
The ability to use your senses in combination with your actions when in movement
Speed (Skill)
The ability to perform actions or cover distances quickly.
Agility (Skill)
The ability to quickly change direction without losing power or speed
Reaction Time (Skill)
The ability to respond quickly to what you feel, see or feel
