What is Health?
A state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing

A person’s ability to meet the physical demands of the environment
What is Agility?
The ability to move and change direction quickly, at speed, while maintaining control
What is Balance?
The ability to keep the body stable by maintaining the centre of mass over the base of support
What is Cardiovascular Endurance?
The ability of the heart and lungs to supply to the working muscles
What is Coordination?
The ability to use two or more different body parts together, smoothly and efficiently
What is Flexibility?
The range of movement possible at a joint
What is Muscular Endurance?
The ability of a muscle or muscle group to undergo repeated contractions, avoiding fatigue, over a prolonged of time
What is Explosive Strength?
The product of Strength x Speed
What is Static Strength?
The static ability to hold a body part in a static position
What is Dynamic Strength?
The ability of a muscle or muscle group to undergo repeated contractions, avoiding fatigue, over a prolonged of time
What is Maximal Strength?
The greatest force possible in a single maximum muscle contraction
What is Reaction Time?
The time taken to initiate a response to a stimulus
What is Power?
The product of Strength x Speed
What is Speed?
The maximum rate at which an individual is able to perform a movement or cover a distance in a period of time
