Flexibility
The range of movement of your joints.
Cardio Vascular Fitness
Your ability to exercise your whole body for long periods of times.
Speed
The rate at which an individual can cover distance.
Agility
The ability to control movement and change position auickly.
Balance
To be able to keep the body stable at rest or in motion.
Power (Speed x Strength)
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly.
Reaction Time
The time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement.
Muscular Endurance
The ability to use muscles numerous amounts of time without getting tired.
Co-ordination
The ability to use two or more body parts together.
Muscular Strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance.
Body Composition
The percentage of the body that is muscle, fat or bone.
