Cardiovascular Endurance
Ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time.
Coordination
The ability to use two or more body parts at a time.
Flexibility
Range of motions in your joints.
Power
Ability to undertake strength performances quickly.
Speed
Rate of which an individual can cover a moment or range of distance.
Reaction Time
Time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of movement.
Muscle Endurance
The ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired.
Strength
Ammount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance.
