A
  • 30m sprint test
  • 10m between the first and second
  • 30m from the second to last

17
Q

How can you test flexibility?

A
  • sit and reach test
18
Q

How can you test Reaction time?

A
  • rule drop test
19
Q

How can you test power? How are these tests carried out?

A
  • Vertical jump test
Two feet flat on the floor reach up as high as you can and make a mark. Then you jump as high as you can and make a second mark. Finally you take away the jump result from the original.

20
Q

How do you test Coordination? What are the measurements?

A
  • Wall throw test
You must stand 2m from the wall
21
Q

How do you test strength?

A

Grip strength dynamometer
