Cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, body composition, muscular strength, flexibility
Flexibility definition
The ability for your joints to move through their full range of motion
Cardiovascular fitness definition
How efficiently your body can deliver oxygen and nutrients to the working muscles and remove waste products
Body composition definition
The percentage of fat, bone, muscle, organs and water that make up your body weight
Muscular endurance definition
A measure of the length of time your voluntary muscles can contract without getting tired
Muscular strength definition
The amount of force a muscle can generate when overcoming a resistance
