Define cardiovascular fitness
The ability to work your whole body for long periods of time effectively without fatigue
Define muscular endurance
The ability to work your muscles for long periods of time effectively without fatigue
Define flexibility
The range of movement around a joint
Define reaction time
How quickly you can respond to a stimulas
Define power and how to work if out
The ability to use strength and speed in one action. Power = speed X strength
Define balance
The ability to keep control of the mass of the body over the base of control
Define speed
How quickly you, or a limb, can move over a particular distance
Define agility
The ability to change directly quickly while maintaining control of the movement
Define co-ordination
The ability to move two or more body parts at once
Define body composition
The ratio of fat, muscle and bone in our bodies.
Define strength
The most amount of force a muscle can apply in one exurtion
