Free Appropriate Public Education

- Reviewing the IEP on an annual basis and modifying as needed.
- Developing a transitional plan.

Provide early, systematic assistance to children who are having difficulty learning. RTI seeks to prevent academic failure through early intervention, frequent progress measurement, and increasingly intensive research-based instructional interventions for children who continue to have difficulty.
Tier 1: high-quality instruction for ALL students.
Tier 2: Supplemental instruction to address specific students needs.
Tier 3: High specialized instruction to meet intensive needs for a small group of students.
