Two alternatives comes to my mind:

Which do you think has more advertising potential in Boston, a flower shop or a funeral home?
Funeral home.
First, It has a clearly defined target audience and more predictable search behaviour for keywords generation. Therefore the campaign can be extremely cost effective.
Second, there are more cross and up-selling opportunities to maximise revenue.
Third, the message can leverage on the emotional component of the product. An emotional message is more likely to generate engagement, driving leads to action.
“What’s a tough problem you’ve solved?”
During my internship at Adidas there was a mistake in the Excel sheet that presented the orders to deliver to each of the 17 footbal teams of the african confederation for an important competition. The sizes and number of ítems were therefore wrongly distributed to the respective countries. To approach the problem I set up prorities. First, I took care of the reorganizing the distribution of the shoes as without the exact size, the team would have not being able to play. I worked to the football footwar department to define availability of shoes types and sized while mantaining contact with shipping to ensure immediate delivery once selected and gathered the items. Thereupon I looked for gartments missing for every country and followed the same process. Finally, I checked with the marketing and innovation department for new accessories and limited edition samples that could have been sent to the clubs as an apologize for the inconvenience in the shipments.

What business data would you ask a company to see to optimize advertising campaigns?
First of all, I would ask information about the target audience. Demographics of the target audience, behavioural and pshycogrvphic information. This info would be used to define the target, select search keywords and shape the message.
Secondly, I would ask about the value proposition of the company (if it isn’t extremely clear through my research) and ask for records of past campaigns to analyse if there are relevant patterns comparing successful and unsuccessful campaign. This pieces of information would be used to optimize the use of keywords and negative keywords.
I would also have a background check if landing pages are user-friendly and readable and if the performance report is designed to give relevant information to make adjustments.
