Performance evaluation across each group of stakeholder relevancies is determined by:
Using the Analytical Hierarchy model to assign a percent score to each maturity level (i.e. 1=25, 2=50, etc. Then adding up the competency scores across the relevant stakeholder group and dividing by the number of relevant competencies.
The competency indicator for each competency is calculated by
Multiplying the competency rating by the relevancy of each competency in the function
The CAI(p) is determined by
adding the competency scores for the individual across all competencies for the function, then dividing by the number of competencies associated with that function.
